1. Shipping Method
All medications are shipped via FedEx or another nationally recognized carrier. Packages are carefully insulated and packed with ice packs to maintain safe temperatures during transit.
Please note: Orders placed Monday through Thursday by 12:00 PM (noon) are shipped the following day to avoid weekend delays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Thursday will ship the following Monday unless otherwise arranged.
2. Delivery Notification
You will receive an email with your FedEx tracking number once your order ships. It is your responsibility to monitor the shipment and retrieve it promptly upon delivery. Medications should never be left outside or exposed to high temperatures.
3. Patient Responsibility
Once a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for the medication. Please ensure someone is available to accept the package, or arrange for delivery to a work address or trusted neighbor.
FedEx also offers the option to hold your package at a nearby FedEx location for pickup if you are unavailable to receive it. We recommend using this option when needed.
4. Temperature Exposure
If medication is left outside in the heat after delivery, its safety and effectiveness may be compromised. However, per the manufacturer, the medication remains stable for up to seven days at temperatures up to 104°F. Even so, we strongly recommend refrigerating it immediately upon receipt.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
If a package is lost or arrives damaged, we will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. If the carrier confirms responsibility, a replacement will be issued at no additional cost.
6. Medication Returns
Due to safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of any medications once they have been dispensed. Please verify your shipping details and confirm your order before finalizing your purchase.

By accepting delivery, you acknowledge responsibility for proper handling and storage of the medication once it is in your possession.
